FAQs
We are currently service SW, SE, and downtown region of the city for pick up and drop off laundry. We are hoping to expand to NW and NE by spring.
For pick up and drop off, the customer enters their order and schedules a pick up on our website. Our driver will pick up the order from your location, you will get notification via text when our driver is on the way.
Once on site, your laundry is cleaned, dried, packed and ready within 24 hours. You will get notification via text when our driver is on the way to drop off your laundry.
We charge a flat fee of $2.75/lb for your laundry items. There is a pick up and drop off fee of $5/order which is waived if the total bill is above $100.00.
You can add those options when creating your order on our website. We do use hypoallergenic soaps if customer requests. Any associated charges will be displayed on the website when creating the order.
